This role manages the scrum events insofar as it ensures that they happen, positively and productively. It coaches team members on self-management and cross-functionality. Helps the team stay focused on planned increments and removes blockers thereof. Assist product owner in defining product goal and backlog; and the team in breaking down tickets clearly. Conducts training on how to do scrum to further implement it throughout the team/organization.rS2
