Hidden projects warrant analysis and identification so they can be tended.

The three main categories of hidden projects are:

  • Current activities: unnamed projects lurking in current actions.
  • Higher horizons of interest of commitment: life standards, work roles; long-term responsibilities like retirement, parental care.
  • Current problems and opportunities: process improvements, frustrations and friction, interests in skill development.

These can be identified by using multiple horizons of focus as a planning tool. Dedicate time for this.rA1
