Alternatives to meetings.

Walking, standing, “speedy” meetings are some format alternatives. Async discussions or notes from other meetings are other ways to prevent meetings, or at least participation in them. Separate brainstorming is an especially valuable alternative.rR2 Temporary message groups allow async, constrained, but fully explored discussions.
