Add or strengthen balancing feedback loops to address barriers.

Balancing feedback loops are instrumental in resilience and setting boundaries. These may get stripped away during optimization, so a leverage point is in adding those back. A balancing feedback loop should be commensurate to the size of the impact it should have, so strengthening it may be necessary if it’s not providing an adequate counter-action.rM3
