Linking practices continued.

• Notes can link to their parents with an up arrow “↑”.
• Continuation links don’t have to be to a sibling “X-E”. Any other link may be prefixed with “X” to indicate the continuation.
• References are linked with an “r.” prefixed followed by an entry ID from the bibliography catalogue. “r.Z1” points to Bibliography → Z → first entry (Z1: Zwicky, 2006).
