Scrum does not apply to all situations and will show friction points when ill-applied.
Signs of poor fit include:
- Sprint plan includes space to accommodate unknowns.
- Sprints are frequently canceled for unforeseen work.
- Sprint backlog changes frequently.
- Team is resigned to always having work to carry into next sprint.
