1. Have each member choose one role. Keep it secret.
2. Ask in a month who can guess which role someone chose.
3. Ask everyone to try on a new role in the following month.
4. Discuss learnings along the way.

As an individual, monitor the activity of someone who has this skill to learn from them. If there are no role models, consider becoming the trait’s representative.
