The mole: Spying on the org to bring back intel

Goal is to coordinate with the org better. Absorb as much information and comms as possible. They connect the dots for less informed/attentive folk. Knows who knows what.

Moles ask who would be the best to talk to about things, and which stakeholders need more information.

Risk becoming gossips or preferring social interaction than the actual organizational goals. Shouldn’t undermine trust.
